The Bridge Program

Join TransFarmation to build community with gender expansive young adults who are figuring out their life after high school. With our summer bridge program, you’ll feel more prepared in whatever you plan to do next, whether that be college, an apprenticeship, or something else! We’ll talk through those adulting skill you wish your high school taught you all while having a good time out on a farm.

This bridge program is designed for recent gender expansive high school graduates from Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Lakewood, and Wheat Ridge who plan to go anywhere!
